Message	I've been approached by crack-heads like that a few times on delivery. As he approached me: "Hey man, you want to buy this Nascar officially licensed AM/FM radio? It retails for 20 but I'll sell it for 4 bucks?" Me: "SOrry I dont have any extra cash on me" Him" "Well how about 3?" Me: "I just told you i dont have any cash on me" Him: "Well what if the lady tips you?" (i was in a pretty ghetto neighborhood at the time) Me: "I doubt im going to get 3 bucks tip, sorry" He walked away, defeated.
